Iceland Volcano Ash Still Snarling Air Traffic

Traffic is suspended in and out of some major airports in Europe, including busy Heathrow airport in London. A volcano expert and airline analyst talk about how a relatively small volcanic eruption in Iceland has caused airline problems than may last a week.
